Since custom-made products cannot be exchanged,\n we offer the respective product as a trial item in advance. For a trial item, you will be charged the cost of the product plus shipping fees upfront. The trial period lasts a maximum of 14 days. Please return the test product to us no later than\n the end of the 14-day period, undamaged and in its original box. After inspecting the item and its condition, we will refund the product price to you. If you decide to purchase a custom product from us\n following a product test, we will credit you for the return shipping costs.<\/li>\n
